IRIA and ICRI Present the 17th Certificate Course in Fetal Radiology and Genetics

The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA) in association with the Indian College of Radiology and Imaging (ICRI) is proud to present the 17th Certificate Course in Fetal Radiology and Genetics (CCFRG) 2026, a prestigious academic programme dedicated to advancing specialized knowledge in fetal imaging and prenatal genetics. Organized under the inspiring theme “Mission – Our IRIA: Learning is Lifelong”, the course will be conducted in the beautiful city of Udaipur, Rajasthan, at Hotel Golden Tulip through two comprehensive modules scheduled from 25–27 September 2026 and 27–29 November 2026. The programme has been designed to provide practicing radiologists with an exceptional opportunity to gain advanced expertise in one of the fastest-growing subspecialties of radiology.

ICRI–IRIA Resident Education Program (IREP) 2026

The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA) in collaboration with the Indian College of Radiology and Imaging (ICRI) and the IRIA Rajasthan Chapter is delighted to announce the ICRI–IRIA Resident Education Program (IREP) 2026, a comprehensive two-day academic programme scheduled for 25th and 26th July 2026. The event will be organized in association with Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center Rajsamand and hosted by the Department of Radiodiagnosis at the institute. Guided by the inspiring theme “Mission – Our IRIA: Learning is Lifelong”, the programme aims to strengthen academic excellence while preparing postgraduate residents for clinical practice and professional examinations.

IRIA – ICRI OUTREACH PROGRAMME – BODY IMAGING

The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (Rajasthan State Chapter) successfully organized the academic IRIA – ICRI Outreach Programme. Centered exclusively around the theme of Body Imaging, the event provided focused, high-yield educational content for all participating medical professionals. The conference took place on Saturday, 11th July 2026, commencing in the evening at 06:00 pm. Registration for the programme was provided free of charge to ensure wide access, though prior registration was mandatory for delegates. The initiative was co-presented and supported by official event partner Mindray.

The core scientific proceedings took place in the Auditorium of the J Watumull Global Hospital and Research Centre in Mount Abu, Sirohi District, Rajasthan. Following the completion of the academic sessions, attendees gathered for a formal networking dinner hosted at Siddhant Villa, a local home stay bungalow in Mount Abu. The overall event itinerary also highlighted opportunities for Mount Abu sightseeing, allowing visiting participants to experience local cultural landmarks, scenic lakes, and historic architecture.

The structured scientific programme featured a lineup of specialized presentations delivered across the evening. Operations began with delegate registration from 06:00 pm to 06:30 pm. The academic lineup opened from 06:30 pm to 07:00 pm with a lecture titled “USG Thorax: Beyond Pleural Effusion,” delivered by the Secretary of the State IRIA Rajasthan. The medical focus then shifted to obstetric radiology from 07:00 pm to 07:30 pm with a detailed presentation on the “Role of Doppler in Fetal Imaging”. The formal academic proceedings concluded between 07:30 pm and 08:00 pm with an interactive presentation on “Interesting Radiology Cases” led by the Program Coordinator, encouraging practical case-based discussion prior to dinner.

The successful execution of this outreach initiative was led by a dedicated organizing committee alongside the broader state executive body. Key organizing leadership included the Patron of the State IRIA Outreach Program, the President and Secretary of the State IRIA Rajasthan, the Program Coordinator, and several supporting outreach coordinators. Governance and institutional backing were provided by the Rajasthan Chapter’s Executive Body, incorporating the current President, President Elect, and Past President. Administrative support was further rendered by Vice Presidents, Joint Secretaries, the Treasurer, as well as various Central Council Members and State Executive Members whose joint efforts ensured the smooth execution of the event.
